THE AMERICAN SHIELD LAW

==============THE SHIELD LAW============

The Shield Law sets a depiction to what is considered journalism. In the United States, the conflict under the Free Speech Act, where one is allowed to communicate freely, by pen, verbally and expression by matter of dressing, etc... As long as you're not violating another's constitutional rights you're free to express ideas.

According to the Shield Law in contrast to social media, the conflict has been, to what extent are journalist differentiated from a normal blogger. In one sense a journalist is; one who works for a news corporation under salary for news entity. The Free Speech Act, including cases of infringement, was approved for the sole purpose to protect rights and image-defamation, which cause harm by negligence to a persons image, when communicating to the public. It was said that the media like corrupt politicians do, and now today in the form of rhetoric, can take advantage of an individuals life as in some cases with corporation's in the past. Which was a case in Michael G. Venezia, where a New Jersey newspaper, published an article containing defamatory statements about a plaintiff.

The Shield Law has incorporated into its provision that, during criminal cases of rape, evidence or issues of DNA aren't allowed to be broadcast until, a certain extent of the case. The intention is to protect coerce procedure that law enforcers' enact, in order to prevent false convictions. Like Obsidian Finance Group, LLC v. Cox, Oregon, a case which supports the protection of infringement and other cases, which; portraying citizen qualities amount to the Shield Law, offer protection to many Journalist working on cases and those they report, state to state.

As of 2011, according to Wiki, 49 states have incorporated the Shield Law as a State law.

There are plenty forms of defamation. In one case, there is Reddit site, which has taken on scrupulous matter within blogging user names with derogatory tags to represent them, and posting videos of which reveal sensitive issue too graphic for the public, like beheading's, etc. According at an ad I read on the New Yorker, by Benjamine Wallace.

The issue of blogging is an issue, but to what extent should the Shield Law Bill modify, what is considered Journalism?
