Though today, the world is more liberal, in our society; doing as we see with not much discrepancy, not monitoring ones actions could result to exacerbating consequences. For a performing artist, this should be primary. Performing artist are on their feet for two hours, possibly 3 times a day. An exercise plan in preference to a suitable eating routine shall be highly considerable.

Other athletes who perform in arenas, food consumption must meet their performance levels. For an Iditarod racer and its sled of dogs, must be fed to met a per-capita, to a soccer player, skier, swimmer, scuba-diver, kayaker, cyclist, all have intakes that are healthier to their hearts than just eating.





Though a quarter-pound beef burger may obtain all the nutrients necessary to stabilize a body's level over endurance; bread, lettuce, tomato, onion cheese and beef; which replenishes Irons necessary to provide strength and stabilize blood levels, the grease necessary to prepare a quarter-pound beef burger can clog ones arteries and slow ones blood pressure down and disable their capability to compete.

I love great foods! Some exotic plates are some of my favorites, though if it could be too unhealthy, I'd like to remain with taste I know, which I could supplement with healthier aliments. One food choice of preference is the Quesadilla is interesting because, all the items makes up a healthy meal; tortilla, which is a corn wrap, tomato's lettuce, cilantro, radish, avocado; over meat, cheese meets a healthy body's nutrition.



For a person of age I've always recommended a smoothie, independently made and thought of without another person thinking for them.  


A bagel with cream chess makes a great choice for breakfast, but cheese can be fattening, and for an athlete, this can slow down their performance. You can supplement what's inside of a bagel with with less cream cheese and add something like cucumber, onions as if you purchased a vegetable cream cheese.

Spinach pie has an essence that can replace the boredom of vegetables. Today, more mature than ever, I prefer a vegetable soup, smart choice for multi-vitamins without searching many sources. Mushrooms have been a supplement for meats, especially fried, though fried food has a negative outlook on healthy dishes, certain oils can replace the toil, like olive oil. Carrots as well has the necessary supplements which vitamins can provide to a healthy nutrient regiment. Mixing them together is the solution, like whole grains; almond, dates, raisins etc, carrots, spinach and mushrooms obtain needs that can supplement a meal and stabilize nutrient to contribute top-level performance, continuously.

Posture and body weight goes hand in hand. These are the most important aspects of a stage performers health. One off balance can off set the other, extremely hampering each performance. Eating well leads to being in top shape, which increase a productive performance, stay in top shape by keeping your heart in check.
