BUST YOUR CHOPS

New York, NY 2013, July..... Independence Day

A discrete means of representing yourself as an independent artist is to know your audience!

Researching the way your crowd thinks is important because, they are who you are. The artist job isn't to only portray but represent. Essential is, how the audience responds to society-secondary-how the audience responds to the artist.

Youtube.com is a medium that is available to the public, in any field, but how complex could it be for an artist? Especially an actor to utilizes is resource?

Not only can you post your original work on sites like youtube.com vemo.com, artist like cinematographers can also tell a brief descriptions of themselves, shop it around on fliers or business cards.

Video technology is significant, the average individual can record a message to a friend and submit it, or a general tailored message to a group, that by a pleasure principle will communicate the same way all the time to their audience psyches, can upload video to communicate message. This technology is a great advantage to artist, in a business where one has to be phsycally represented as well as notiationally, must submit a photo and ideal about the self, has the alternative to express themselves in reel-time, as if speaking with the interviewer face-to-face.

The only bad thing about this cause is that your interviewer will not really be talking to you, so its still a one way communication feed, but a step closer through those doors of fame.

Citi Bike Kost

http://www.citibikenyc.com/blog/2013/05/31/june-2nd-citi-bike-opens-for-all

New York, NY June 2013, how often does a bill collector satisfy their consumer? Well CitiBank has! In New York City streets, there is a new wave of activity that now New Yorkers can entertain. The financial institution, CitiBank has invested in Bikes labeled "Citi Bikes" in busy neighborhoods in the five boroughs.

The bikes are at hand to Citi Bank card holders, and other subscribers, to logout and ride. The person walks up to a Kiosk in the street, purchases a 7 day pass and even take a bike out for as little as 30 an hour.

When taking the bike, the user sticks a Citi Key, which looks no different from a flash drive, and you can place it on a key chain. Then the user can have to Citi Bike for as long as they paid for, or if they buy the yearly subscription, they can check out the bike from a location for 45 minutes, before returning, without being charged extra and they can be returned at any kiosk.

According to the citibike site, since opening 49287 Citi Bike trips have been taken, 8628 trip take place around 5PM, and the numbers are growing. As of June 2nd, Citi Bikes has opened to all of the public. citi Bike has also tracked Most popular starting stations:

Broadway & W 57 St: 95
Christopher & Greenwich St: 93
E 17 Street and Broadway: 71

The problem for pedestrians, are that the local tenants have complained about space, that these bike are taking up space on the street for entering their residence, and parking their vehicles. I saw the Citi Bike team placing the Bike holder and Kiosk myself, and I found that maybe it did take up space for busy hours, on William St. and Wall a Kiosk seemed to take up space for distributor trucks. Possibly the City Planners and the Bank can work a plan out for usage time in busy locations?

The plan seems to work for the New Yorkers instead of tourist, who bill collectors like Citi Bank will not satisfy this summer with its competition.

Summer is an extremely busy and is always great to catch up on desires that one hasn't gotten around to. Now it should be easier to travel for New York City Commuters.
